FH: The power of mission, the power of shared values, the power of language, you don’t give orders, you share and when—what kind of results do you get from a dispirited workforce where, “this is the order of the day, now get it done” or “all right this is the work, it’s our work” and they are involved in the decisions that affect them, and the results, the productivity, soars. . .
