In each of the next three meetings you attend, identify what you consider the most useful question asked. Then assess the impact that question had on the quality of the conversation:

Changed the focus or direction of the discussion

Changed my understanding of the issue or priorities

Changed the group’s understanding of the issue or priorities

Changed the follow-up action
