They were thrilled to be working with Frances, because she could make her vision so clear and secondly, when you worked with Frances, you were very sure that what she thought about would become a reality. And I remember her creating a leadership center, which she built in upstate New York for training Girl Scout leaders. And in her immaculate look, in her patrician voice and bearing—explaining to me how she would get the funding for it—cost tens of millions of dollars was a lot of money then, and I had zero doubt that every part of that plan would come into fruition.”
