GRACE by Warren Bennis

“GRACE: simple, elegance; a refinement of movement. Isn't that interesting? Refinement of movement. Usually paid attention to, but rarely explicitly noticed. Courteous goodwill is another part of grace, but what I love the most in this very short, not a really big— is the condition of being favored by someone. And I think for Frances Hesselbein, it's the condition of being favored by everyone, AND the reverse—the condition that she has of favoring everyone. So when I will next meet Frances, which I can't wait for, I'm gonna actually always refer to her, from now on, in this interview which made me think about grace and Frances, I'm always going to start any conversation with her as, ‘Your Grace’”
